Is the packaging any better now?

The packaging is got was a small, clear plastic bag. It was well wrapped for delivery. The bag is sealable but I've put it inside another bag, a zip seal to avoid any potential problems. So far the only issue has been my other half not sealing the bag properly and the medicine cabinet smelling of menthol

Can you use this to store cigarettes (ie flavour them menthol) ?

Would not think that would work

Are these ok to put into the bath?

The should be ok to use in the bath as menthol is already in commercial bath products and can be used for steam inhalation and various skin rub preparations. Warning - used in a bath, the area exposed is not controlled and some areas of the body are far more sensitive than others. Might be better to put them in a bowl of hot water placed close to the bath.
