I carry a Surface Pro with a keyboard back and forth from work, and it feels secure in the laptop sleeve. Most of the pockets are designed with the understanding that users will put three dimensional objects in them (not just flat things which I greatly appreciate). On the inside there's a place for my cord, my mouse, my snacks, my glasses, my protein shake, my pens, a little note book, my wallet, and more. In the middle there's room for some larger items like books &/or sneakers. And I haven't even mentioned the pockets on the outside yet. I like that there's a place for almost everything I need while away from home and needing access to my computer. The material is thick and (so far, knock on wood) the craftsmanship/quality seems pretty good and it looks professional. Sometimes the smaller exterior pocket zipper is a little tricky to open and close because of how it's sewn, but no big whoopWhat I don't like, and this is probably what we all should expect if we don't spend top dollar for a high-end bag, is that it tends to lean or just tip forward onto its side.
