I like the fact that it has xylitol in it, which is a natural anti-viral, ant-bacterial, and not filled with lots of other chemicals. It works well, clears my nose quickly, and isn't habit forming. I had one other nose spray some years ago with colloidal silver in it that I liked even better, but I don't know where to get it anymore. I think it was called Silver Clear, and I got it in the DFW area. But this one is works well and is handy to keep on hand.

This stuff works wonders! I prefer it over anything else. My sinuses clear out quick and there is no burning sensation. The cost on Amazon is much cheaper than anywhere else. Taste is mild and is bearable.

When exposed to germs, they enter the nose and remain dormant in the nose for several days before movement to the lungs. One squirt of XLEAR and the germs are killed. No masks!

A friend suggested this. I used to get a sinus infection on long flights and sometimes from dust or yard work but I haven't had one since getting this. It's a product I've told others about too.

Love the product, but this was supposed to contain 3 bottles of Xlear and a book, but I only received 2 bottles of Xlear.
