This flip 5 that I bought in amazon is 10 months old now and still in perfect condition. It's 100% original, works perfectly fine, battery life is normal depending on how you use your phone daily and all the features are working. No complaints so far. Thank you amazon.

However, after several weeks of use, I have encountered numerous issues that have left me frustrated and dissatisfied. 1. **Performance Issues**: The Samsung Flip 5 often lags and experiences slowdowns during basic tasks, such as opening apps, browsing the internet, and multitasking. This significantly affects the user experience and productivity. 2. **Battery Life**: Despite claims of impressive battery life, the Flip 5's battery drains quickly, even with minimal usage. This necessitates frequent recharging, which can be inconvenient when on the go. 3. **Camera Quality**: The camera performance, particularly in low-light conditions, is subpar. The photos and videos captured lack clarity and sharpness, failing to meet the expectations set by other devices in this price range. 4. **Software Updates**: I have encountered delays in receiving software updates and security patches, which are crucial for maintaining the phone's performance and security. This lack of timely updates raises concerns about long-term support. 5. **Build Quality**: While the device is aesthetically pleasing, it is not as durable as expected. It appears to be more susceptible to scratches and minor damage than other smartphones I have owned.

Having extensively used the Z Flip 5 for over a week, I'm thoroughly impressed with how Samsung has finely tuned their foldables formula. The outer screen now serves a practical purpose beyond quick message checks, exuding a refined and robust flagship aura in its design and construction. Among the initial foldable options, the Z Flip 5 undoubtedly beckons Android enthusiasts. While a slightly more affordable price would make it a clear choice, tackling the AED3100 investment will undoubtedly leave you gratified.

I Like everything on this phone its a phone made for women the only thing i didn't like is that we don't use E-Sim in africa so I can't use two sim Ihad to leaves one of my sim cards but in general I like It

in less than a year the main screen suddenly stopped working.

I understand it from the first a fre hours and then throughout the first day that battery is not going to take me to the next day after a full recharge. So I returned it. Else everything was looking so fancy and nice, I was actually very excited about the phone. But I realized very quickly that this is not the phone I will use for next at least 2 years, and the only reason for this is battery.

Adi cep telefonu ama cebe sigmiyor, katlanan ekranlar hakkinda suphem vardi ancak 5. Nesile kadar sorunsuz geldigine gore alinabilir bir urun oldugunu düşünerek aldim. Cok ta memnunum ancak dis yuzeyi cok kaygan kilif ile kullanmak gerekiyor. Imkaniniz varsa ve buyuk telefon sevmiyorsaniz kacirmayin.

Maj: après moins d'un an d'utilisation, j'observe des défauts qui apparaissent sur l'écran. Téléphone qui préviendrait de Pologne selon la facture. Aucune garantie. Pour info, j'ai aussi le zflip 3 acheté à sa sortie en France, il est toujours niquel aujourd'hui comparé au zflip 5 ! Bref, belle arnaque Très bien, le portable est arrivé neuf, celle et emballé, pas abîmé. La batterie était à 40% de charge. Le téléphone fonctionne parfaitement bien, la batterie tient très bien la charge (au moins 2-3 fois plus longtemps que mon zflip 3). Tout est parfait
