I was looking for a clock which was battery powered and didn't need to be plugged in all the time and also one that doesn't eat through batteries. For me the feature where the clock display turns on when you clap or move something nearby is ideal. I'm using it in my art studio where I'm often very messy and so don't want to be touching a clock or my phone to see what time it is. The temperature displays in blue and just like the time (displayed in white) is really easy to view even from a few meters away. After a few seconds it goes blank to save energy. I haven't used the alarms so cannot comment on them and it needs to be adjusted for british summer time as it won.'t do this automatically. I got this on a lightning deal for a little over £11. Design is really neat and modern and doesn't feel too tacky. Doesn't take any effort to alter the time and each alarm has a separate button on the back so you don't have to have either on if you don't wish. I bought another LED clock a while ago which was double the price and a waste of money as I couldn't read it clearly or work out how to program it. I'm super pleased with this one and have been using it for a fair few months. Cannot recommend it enough.

I bought this for my dad for Christmas and he seems to like it. It's a fairly simple product which is perfect for my dad because he doesn't like things complex. It is apparently very sensitive and flicks the time on at the slightest touch, or even with a tap on the bedside table which is good when it's dark and you can't see where you're reaching. It's really efficient on charge. Haven't tested the alarm function but I assume they're alright

This alarm clock does what it says on the tin and looks great whilst doing it. I love the fact it recharges via USB-C. That means no scrabbling around for batteries. The display is large and dimmable with a good max brightness that is readable at any time of day with any light conditions. The alarm is loud as it needs to be and has a variety of jingles to choose from, however, the alarm function is also what lets it down. Unfortunately, you can only snooze each of the 2 alarms 3 times. After that it just turns off with no warning until the next day. This resulted in an awkward late start for work on my first day using this as my primary alarm. Now that I know this to be the case I set a back up alarm on my phone, but that seems to defeat the point of an alarm clock slightly, in my eyes. If you're an early riser or somebody who doesn't snooze the alarm for an hour then this makes a really good choice. I have to say I'm happy with my decision regardless of the snooze factor.

Quite unique!! Besides being clear, bright and readable in the middle of the night without having to put my specs on, it has a really clever on/off system! Say the word…on…and it comes on. In fact say any word you like and it comes on!! It come in when I tap the bedside table and, much to the annoyance of my wife, it comes on when I snore!!! I love it!!!

This is brilliant and I'm so happy I bought it - approximately 4 years ago.

Had this almost 2 months now so can give a proper review. It's obviously very basic, compact and lightweight. There are 4 brightnesses for the display. 13 "alarms", 7 of which are more akin to sending someone to sleep than waking them up, so not sure why they chose these sounds. The remaining 5 are slightly more suited to an alarm sound, such as running water, birds singing, white noise, but only just. The display goes off after 6 seconds and is woken by nearby sound, so if it's on your bedside table you can easily wake it. If it's plugged in via the micro USB then it remains on permanently. Whilst it's nice to have a dark room when sleeping it can be somewhat of a hassle to wake the display if you just want to see the time during the day, so a bit of a catch 22 there unless you want it plugged in all the time. Battery life was some 40 days from fully charged initially, so a long time, we'll see if that diminishes over its life cycle. The real negative for me is the temperature display. I've never seen it display any any less than 20 degrees. It's basically winter now and even on a cold morning with no room heating, the temperature still shows a minimum of 20 degrees (I've only ever seen it display between 20-25 regardless), which is clearly inaccurate as the room was nowhere near this warm. Maybe it's faulty or simply a gimmick, but either way it's pretty useless. If you want to know the true room temperature I'd advise getting a proper thermometer and not rely on this clock, which was one of the reasons I bought it. For the price and what it does at a basic level it's decent enough though. Edit: A while later I've now ditched this completely and gone for a Lenovo Smart Clock. This device in hindsight is not what I was hoping for.

Love this clock! I wanted something for our cinema room that we could see in the dark and this is exactly what was needed. The large display can be seen across the room and its not too bright when viewing a film. If plugged into the mains the display stays on but, if using battery, it goes off unless you make a noise, like clapping, to save the battery. I bought a longer micro USB cable so it would reach our power sockets, which have USB ports, and keep it on the mains. There were options on the back for setting the time and how it displays etc - all very easy to setup. In all I'm very pleased with it.

Davanti c'è lo schermo che si attiva o schiacciando un bottone o con un suono, dietro ci sono tutti i bottoni. Mantiene la carica veramente a lungo, cosa molto comoda, per farla durare ancora di più spengo la sveglia la mattina e la riaccendo prima di andare a dormire. Per ricaricarla c'è il cavo usb in dotazione. Mi piace molto il fatto di poterla usare senza cavo: in questo modo posso spostarla dove voglio senza dovermi accertare della vicinanza ad una presa, oppure portarmela dietro in viaggio. È molto intuitiva da usare, in pochi click riesci a fare tutte le azioni offerte dalla sveglia. Si possono impostare 2 sveglie, per entrambe è possibile scegliere una suoneria, regolando anche il volume. Le suonerie tra cui scegliere sono tante e non sono i soliti suoni, ci sono anche rumori della natura, molto apprezzate. La consiglio: la qualità è molto buona, il prezzo è più che giusto.

Great looking clock and great in any way unless you want to use it as a clock to see time. The time is only displayed for a short time after you touch the clock.
