Nice looking bike BUT
EDIT: The issue was solved very quickly with great communication. The missing part was sent out to us and my son is very happy. It's a well made bike and sturdy. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase and want to say thank you to the customer service team for doing a great job. In the package we received 2x right foot pedals, therefore making the bike unrideable beyond the balance stage. I can't find any option to contact the manufacturer to correct this, so I'm hoping this review will catch their eye. Our son loves the bike and helped daddy to build it so it will break his heart if we have to send the whole thing back. Please can the manufacturer send out the missing left pedal!

Good quality good looking easy to assemble
Good quality and good looking bike,easy to assemble,our boy very happy and able to balance just after firs time riding it soon gonna put pedals on

Wheel scuffed
The bike itself is great, but was disappointed that one of the wheels had a scuff mark on it from how it was packaged & it rubbed against something in the box causing it to mark the wheel.

Good Quality
Pretty good for the money, the build quality is decent and it's really easy to assemble - took us less than 20 minutes. Comes with a great multi spanner tool for fixing and taking off pedals too, which we've also successfully used on our other kids' bikes! I really like that they've made it so easy to use it without pedals as a balance bike then to put the pedals back on. I think the stabilisers are a bit pointless really as you wouldn't really ever use them if you are using it as a balance bike, as it would be going back a step. The quality isn't the same as some of the higher end and the paint finish isn't as flashy and is still great value for money. I think it's ideal for anyone teaching a kid to ride a bike - this size is probably suitable from age 4 upwards

DO NOT BUY
The quality of this bike is hilariously bad. Please do yourself a favour and do not purchase it. It didnโt even last 2 weeks before the whole pedal mechanism totally fell apart. This is quite an expensive bike compared to others so itโs a total waste of money.

Good quality balance bike
Good quality balance bike for toddlers. It's sturdy and strong. I love that it grows with the child. When they are ready to pedal it includes the stabilisers and chain. Fabulous buy, very happy!

Missing bolts
Missing wheel bolt and missing bolt protector. No assembly instructions and chain fitted too tight so had to remove with a link extractor (not required according to images on the sale page).

Great stuff. Worth every penny!
Worth every penny to see my daughter riding her 1st bike! Hadn't had much luck with her previous bikes using stabilisers etc. This being lighter and with the removable pedals, it was the perfect 1st bike. I had to endure an "I told you so" moment from my wife however I concede, she was. Well chuffed.
