Review: Works well. - This unit seems well made. The entire base is metal and solid. I just got it today and have already used it. Cut seems clean and square. I like the two holdown brackets that come with it. One sits next to the blade that holds down the paper right at the point of cut. The other bracket sits opposite the blade and assists in keeping the left side of the paper flat. These brackets are plastic and may break over time but for now are functional. Time will tell, but for now I like it.
