Small Pilates Ball Activate the Muscles
These balls are a great way to add challenge to a workout when using additional weights might be inappropriate or difficult. The variety of ways to use these small balls is helpful. My favorite is putting the ball behind the knee to activate the hamstring and glute for a leg lift front, side or back. You will definitely feel it!It is also very helpful if you have participants that have either knock knees (knee go in) or bow legged (knees go out). Put the ball between the knees to do a more perfect squat keeping the hip, knee and ankles aligned. Or put the balls between the knees or ankles and lower the legs while laying on your back Great form every time.

A little disappointed
When I received the pilates ball it seemed to be of good quality. I appreciate that a pump came with the ball which made it easy to inflate. It did seem to inflate much bigger than expected while not feeling that full of air, but I'm trying to make it work. While I do feel that the materials are of good quality, it does slowly lose a bit of air, making it kind of soft, which isn't what I was looking for. I do like the grippy feel of the ball; it makes it easier to work with. Overall I'd probably try this brand again; I may have just received a flawed product .
