Fooling people, not mentioned elemental Zinc.
The label shows 17 mg of zinc (as zinc citrate) per serving, which is 100% of the Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA) per ICMR 2020 guidelines. However, zinc citrate contains about 31% elemental zinc, so the actual elemental zinc is approximately 5.27 mg per capsule (17 mg × 0.31).
