Excellent Product
I had recently ordered mattress from Loom and Needles. Initially, I was not sure about the size and quality when I had ordered. Today I got the delevery and I was amazed to see that the delivery happened before the committed date and packaging was really awesome. Received the mattress without any damage. After opening the package, mattress expanded on its own and was a perfect fit to my bed, very easy to lift and arrange as well. I'm really amazed with quality and comfort of the design from Loom and Needles matress compared to other brands. Pricing is best in class. I would definitely recommend to go for this product with out any second thoughts.

Good Quality & Comfort at a Reasonable Cost!
I recently purchased the Loom & Needles 10" Hybrid Pocket Spring Mattresses for the last 2 months. and I must say, I made the right choice. I like the way the package was received next to the door, and it’s a very good product but I am slightly disappointed with the size, as I have been wrongly measured and ordered with the size that it’s a 72 x 60 instead 75 x 60, I didn't think I'd be able to get a replacement one because the size issue was owned by me and it's unboxed also, but it’s not at all like that, They accepted my request and promptly replied to phone calls and emails, kept me in the loop, and gave the best customer service till I got the new mattress! This mattress is extremely good and very comfortable. My kids love it so much that they don't even want to get out of bed, the price is much more reasonable than other brands. Overall, it’s an excellent choice for anyone looking for a new mattress, I highly recommend this product without hesitation!
