I'm a concerned husband and I try to watch my wife's health because she's older than me by 15 years. I have been taking these for a couple of months now, and they definitely do cut down on night sweats. I still experience them occasionally, but it is much better and I can sleep through the night. I've taken other products that worked so well I could wear flannel pj's in the winter. Unfortunately you must build up a resistance to natural supplements because within 6 months all my symptoms returned. Twice! So frustrating. So although these may not completely stop night sweats for me, they're still a lifesaver. I'll take what I can get.

UPDATE: AFTER TAKING THESE A WEEK NOW I DONT BELIEVE IT RAISED MY BLOOD PRESSURE! I believe just going thru peri menopause raised a little. It only spiked a tiny bit. Nothing major and my family doc didn’t say anything about my BP being high when I went. I believe I was wrong about this product. I can say it did decrease the hot flashes. I still got them just not as bad. I just went bk to my doc and he prescribed me birth control so I hope that takes care of the mood swings and hot flashes. This product did help me! I just needed something to get me thru until my doc appointment THESE MAKE YOUR BLOOD PRESSURE EXTREMELY HIGH! I have normal blood pressure always! Now my blood pressure is thru the roof after taking for 2 days! I DONT RECOMMEND

After using this product for several months, it has become clear that it definitely helps with reducing night sweats and also with helping me get more restful sleep. I stopped taking it while I was on vacation and immediately noticed a difference. Highly recommend!
