Great set! Wish they dropped the price to when I purchased the first set last year, Want to get another set if possible !!! <3 Value for money and good durability

They're very well made!! Their quality is excellent and they haven't deteriorated in a year's regular usage. With a bit of imagination, they're all you need for regular home workouts to keep fit and in shape. They won't replace gym weights for obvious reasons, but I'm not missing them either. Highly recommended.

I have only received 3 bands. From the reviews, I expected to receive 1 less band, so 4 total but I've only gotten 3 which is extremely misleading. The concept is great but I wish there was more honesty.

Based on other customer reviews, I agree they’re well-made, versatile, and totally worth the price.One thing to note: although my set arrived complete and in perfect condition, it wasn’t packed in an additional Amazon box — the shipping label was placed directly on the product box. Just something to be aware of, but it didn’t bother me.Overall, I’d definitely recommend this set to anyone looking for a convenient and effective way to exercise anywhere, anytime!

Great quality, better than what I expected

I tore my rotator cuff during a fall. Among the exercises suggested by my PT were some using resistance bands. The old ones I used to have had decomposed over time, so I decided to try these. My therapist told me different ways to use them in addition to the exercises typically recommended for resistance bands. These bands are soft, seem strong and have a great range in strengths. I have one attached to the top of the door and one to the inside doorknob for different angle resistance. Every time I walk by the door, I stop and do a couple exercises. Highly recommend for the quality, variety, and beautiful colors.

Love these resistance bands. I've always used bands with handles and I like having the option to use without handles.
