CycleAware Slap and Wrap Reflective Leg Bands

These straps are long enough to stay on your legs. I use them to keep my pant legs clean on my bicycle ride to work. I have used these for my commute for two weeks and they work great. I previously bought a different pair that fell off on the first day.

These are simply great. I commute, dress slacks and shirt, year round..Previous velcro straps an clips I have always hated and because they barely work.... The Pant leg escapes or the band slides down leaving the pant leg free. These are so wide and such a good idea they keep your pant leg really out of the way. This the only solution I have found that comes close to a Full chain guard.A full chain guard is still a better solution if you can get or have one (keeps your laces away too). My full chain guard broke and had to be removed and I was not able to source a replacment (as crazy as sounds) even with the power of the internet. Perhaps I could fabricated one with a maker bot..... AnywayIf you need to keep your pants away from your chain this appears to be the best possible solution I have found. Also there quite comfortable despite what the one poster said. Of course were all different, perhaps they wore them without pants, but then who would need them.

I like these a lot. They keep my pants clear of the bike and are excellent wide reflectors. However they gradually lose a bit of their springiness and the outer plastic starts to crack. Still, I haven't found anything better and am now on my second pair.I'm knocking two stars off because on the second pair the inner metal simply poked through the plastic creating a very sharp protrusion.

I'd like to redeem these wraps a bit. True, they might be uncomfortable against bare skin, especially with the harsh demands of running because they have an artificial (plastic) velour backing with kinda sharp edges. However, when used over a pant leg or socks during cycling, they work flawlessly as intended by design. They are super wide, almost 2x the other reflective slap-bands available on the market. They are long enough to wrap up even folded over flare-leg jeans over heavy socks. They hold the pant legs tightly and don't loosen up for the ride. They are super bright, definitely noticeable from quite a distance when headlights are shining on them. Overall, excellent value and good performance. I owned both the  Vedante Super Reflective Pop Bands (Pair) in Sustainable Packaging  and  Nathan Reflex Reflective Snap Bands  reflective snap bands and used them for years, but I think for cycling these are the best.

I like these a lot, and own a few pairs. They fit tightly enough to stay put, without having to cinch them up. I like the fact that they are wider than most, because that makes them big enough to be useful as safety reflectors. Also, I sometimes ride bikes with Schlumpf drives and strike plates; the chain then isn't my only problem and the wider band works better than most. (With a narrower band, your cuff can catch the end of the strike plate even if it's held clear of the chain...and you need 'em on both sides.)I wish they made a longer one; I sometimes tape two together to accommodate snowpants. But perhaps Minnesota winter commuters aren't a big enough market (gg).

I purchased them since they are very pretty, but they are very wide and cut into me. Thinking of returning.

Simple product. Curls and wraps around legs or arms and reflects. Very reflective. I have used it around ankles riding bikes. Works just fine even with thick denim jeans. Holds the pants leg out of the way of the chain, yet you hardly know you have them on. Can put on or remove in seconds. Exactly what it should be for the purpose.

I love these things! It's my first stab at buying pant clips so I can't compare them to anything, but I think they're great!
