They are so good, I have to say they seem underpriced. Compared to other lifts I bought on Amazon , they are well made and work perfect & very comfortable.

These are the only ones that work for my heel spurs and high arches! Truly lift and cushion the heel, not like “arch support” inserts than push up already high arches and leave the heel in a lightly cushioned pothole. They are not extremely sticky, but stay in place all day without a problem. I tried multiple products and this one is the best!

These lifts really do help. If you want to increase your height or if one leg is shorter this is the answer for you.

After I came back home from the hospital, my physical therapist noticed that my left leg was a bit shorter than my right. That was making it difficult to walk or recover. So we went online to Amazon (of course) and bought the 1-in version. Yes it works incredibly. May I suggest holding it down with some double-sided tape. That way it will save a little time putting on your shoe next time.

I use these in every "left" shoe that I own. It has really helped with the pain in my hip; couldn't do without these heel lifts.

These lifts are made well, but they do not stay in place—they slide forward in the shoe. Used a glue gun to keep it in place, it works they don’t move forward anymore!

Good for leg length discrepancy. Nice price. Stays in place but eventually you might need to add something to help it stay in place as the rubber material may start to not “stick” worth every penny if your leg length issues cause back or walking problems.

I need a half-inch heel lift -- a full half inch. This so-called half-inch lift does not do the job. Here's why: This lift is wedge shaped. It is thickest at the back part of the lift and tapers. A well designed lift will have a non-tapered area under the heel and will then taper from there toward the arch. This lift is 1/2 inch at the rear-most part. Due to the taper, the spot under the center of the heel -- the point at which the dimension should be measured -- is less than 1/2 inch. Further, the material is a flexible gel material, so under load it compresses further. For my purposes, which is avoiding lower-back pain due to unequal leg lengths, this product fails completely. Completely useless unless combined with some additional lift to actually increase the functional thickness of the lift to a true 1/2 inch. In summary: The gel material makes a nice cushion, but a terrible lift because of its compressability. And the true wedge shape is a poor design for heel lift, which should ideally be a modified wedge having a uniform thickness under the entire heel and then tapering from there toward the mid foot. Very disappointed. Beware.
