It burned my scalp after five minutes of living on my hair. It’s a very strong product. I don’t find it natural at all. The color is very dark.

It's claims in the description as ammonium and paraben free. But it has ammonium. I found it from the ingredient label. Disappointed.

It turns your hair color more to orange/reddish And not really into dark brown.

It does have a bit of a chemical smell to it but less than other ones. Works great and one bottle lasts a long time. I highly recommend.

This shampoo was easy to use and came with gloves and head cover. No allergic issues like some others had. It looked very orange/brassy as it was developing and had me very nervous. However, once rinsed out, it was fine, no carrot top! I left on for 25 mins but will probably try 15/20 next time. The dark brown is DARK, but them grays were covered! Be careful, this stuff stains showers, counters and everything else. I bleached my bathroom when done to get my mess up. I won’t be so sloppy next time! I would buy this product again and would recommend to anyone one wanting to get rid of their “skunk strip”!

Chestnut brown … Overall, it’s a great product and it does work however, the coloring is not what I expected! I thought this would be a darker brown with a hint of copper tone underneath however it is way lighter than I expected and it’s leaving my hair with areas that are more orange tone in the areas where I had lighter toned hair/grays, than a brown with copper tone…. I’m going to try the dark brown version instead, because this one’s not working for my color… or maybe mix the two together to see if I can create my own combo tone if that works Over my regular brown hair it doesn’t create a nice red tone which I do like… I also use this a few times because I noticed I did not get all of my grades in the interior, so it is tough to reach. Everyone wasn’t sure if I was supposed to completely soak my entire hair in it or brush it through. I do not think this deserves less than a four stars just because the only issue is really the color profile on lighter hair, the images displayed appeared to be darker of tone
