Always make sure your get ashwagandha is -66! It may be a bit pricier than regular ashwagandha, but jam-66 absorbs better and is more concentrated. Whenever I’m feeling anxious, these capsules have me feeling calm in no time. Great quality, easy to swallow, and all natural ingredients.
