Besides having allergies to certain kinds of fabric softener sheets the sheets we were using were also leaving oil stains on our clothing. No more stains after washing and drying with these guys :) and no more having to worry about what chemicals are in my fabric softener! Static in my clothes sticks to me like a fat man to a donut. Was it vain of me to want to just try and have one nice thing in my sad, poor, life? I tried these on a whim after reading about a Life Hack on Pinterest that was posted by a seemingly trustworthy middle-aged mother. It should be noted that I no longer follow that user after her poor recommendation. These balls in no way reduce static. They increase them. Maybe I was unlucky and the package sitting on my doorstep was struck by lightening before I could get to it; thus rendering this product useless (if not just plain malevolent). Needless to say, I will only continue to use these in grasping hopes that they will improve, but mostly because I paid for them and I could have used that money on more important things like energy drinks or pizza. Waste not want not, I suppose. Overall, I give this product a 1 star review, as well as the woman on Pinterest who recommended this product.
