XYLOVE CO All Skill Levels Everything Included with Stand Up Paddle Board

The paddle and pump are not great quality, but I love the board! It's pretty lightweight, and I like the shape of the board - it's pretty fast and more responsive than other boards I've tried. This is the second time I've bought this board. I've had to replace the pump, paddle, and fin on my first one, but it's still a great deal.

Box arrived and it was not damaged like other reviews states. When opening the box everything was nicely packed with no signs of being mishandled. My board came with a bag, pump, repair kit, fins, leash, and paddle. No instructions came in the box and as a first time user, this would have been helpful.Bag: The bag is ok, enough to fit everything. I have seen better quality bags from other brands but for the price point it does the jobBoard: After inflating it for roughly 8 minutes with the pump provided, I was impressed with the looks of it. Seems sturdy. 4 d-rings with bungee cord for storage which is nice…. After carefully detailing it, I noticed the side support is coming undone. I reached out to the seller and was not very helpful and basically said if it’s not leaking, don’t worry about it. I feel like from folding it to store it and opening it, it will get worse to the point where it’s an actual issue and by that time, it will be out of the coverage. Aside from this I am pleased with the product and will have to test it overtime for performance and durability.Pump: Seems very low quality. The hose is very stiff. To pump the board you need to force it down and twist and it almost feels like it’s going to break. It’s made out of a hard plastic material that does not flex much. The pump is a 1 way pump so it takes a few minutes to fill it up all the way. By the time you’re done , your triceps will look like you just came out of a 2hr gym session and will be sore the next day. Would like to also note that right around the 11-13psi mark, the hose will pop out randomly out of the socket of the board so be careful. Seems like it does not lock in well.Repair kit: came in an orange tube and inside was a black tool (had to Google what this was for) and 2 patches. My repair kit came with no glue for the patches. I reached out to the seller and did not provide much information on the matter. I will have to buy the adhesive separately. The tool -for the rookies like me- is to adjust the valve con the board in the event that it gets loose overtime from use. Apparently it can loosen and start leaking air so at that point you will tighten it with this tool provided.Fins: Plastic fins, forgot to try them on the board when I opened it to check fitment but they seem ok.Leash: Regular foot leash. Seems good enough.Paddle: Made out of aluminum. 3 piece and the top is adjustable. Again, would be helpful to have instructions to know what the recommended size is depending on height. Thankfully Google is there to help.I will update this review in the future for product performance.

Great starter board! First time out was wonderful!! This one stayed firm and held up to many different riders of average adult weight, and easily held me and my 12 y/o son sitting at the same time. Standing alone, I could see a bit of caving under foot at 10psi (15 max recommended), so I’ll be filling it to the max today and looking for further caving to see if it results in a firmer footing and better balance. I’ll report back on how it wears with almost daily use. It’s lightweight and easy to Cary with the handle, even with a weaker back. I’d buy a second one right now, but it’s not available at this time. My only other wish for this product would be to include a double ended paddle option.

Great board and bundle. Easy to carry with the handle and the removable fins make it easy to inflate, deflate, and roll up. The pump broke the first time I used it and I can’t find any details on how to reach their customer service, so unfortunately can’t give it five stars.

I am new to using the paddle board and wasn't sure if I would like it ... this board was great. For the price, it works. No instructions but could figure it out. The pump gauge didn't work but I figured out how much air to put in.Great for a first board ... honestly don't know the difference :)

The board itself looks good quality. Pump was damaged, seller sent a new one. Then noticed that the paddle was defective...my husband spent several hours fixing it enough to get it to mostly work. Then noticed the carry bag has a broken strap, which doesn't render it useless, but it is not as secure as it should be. The box it all arrived in was also beat up, so maybe that is why so much was damaged? Also, no instructions at all...none. Price was good, so we will see...

I had to write a review, to offset some of the others. We haven't had any problems with the board. No fin issues or leaks. The vinyl isn't as thick as our other board (Ancheer), but it gets the job done. I'm considering getting another for the family.

Love the board, weight, and durability, but instructions would have been helpful - like the recommended PSI

This SUP is great, wide so it is very stable. At 11 ft long it could accommodate 2 people “check the maximum weight it can hold” before doing. The kit has the essential to start you off.

It is hard to tell it is inflatable after you have inflated it.

Amazon delivered it to my neighbors. Also wont hold air. Has a pin hole
