Well made, comfortable in my shoe. I do not feel it in my shoe, is helping with my knee and hip pain due to my right leg being shorter than my left after having had both of my hips replaced years ago.

Just the right height and comfortable to wear.

I've tried many different types of heel pads and whole foot pads that ranged from $10 to $70 and these are the very best I've ever had. They are supportive enough to stop my back pain but soft enough to stop heel pain as well. Please don't ever stop making these!

If you have PF, you know how painful it can be. I just placed them in my slippers, which works perfectly for me. It gives additional lift to your heel to alleviate pressure on the tendon. This is perfect because I cannot walk barefoot or without additional heel support. I haven't used the thicker inserts yet; they may work better for someone else. You get two pairs to choose which one feels better.

These actually hurt my feet. The padding is hard and it is a half cup so it drops off where you need it mid arch. Would not recommend
