Really happy with my purchase. Very easy to install (Literally took me 15mins max. And works wonders. Really annoyed I didnt get this 3 years ago!

Working from home is great but you tend to sit for longer periods then I ever did in the office .. I’ve been wanting a stand/sit desk for ages but so pricey… then I saw this .. thought let’s give it a go .. I had a beautiful glass desk top I got secondhand.. thought I replace the legs(ikea cheap ones) for these … instructions were easy to follow, and I built the base on my own within 30mins or so .. it works really well even with the glass top … back to the routine and I’ve loved having the chance to stand and even raised to help my posture better too .. 10/10

Ordered this because it had fairly good reviews and a great price.Positives first - arrived on time and undamaged, always a good start.Very easy to put together, 20 minutes if you are a half decent DIY'er - instructions accurate and easy to follow.Now for the negatives - it actually didn't work. The desk would only go up on one side despite both sides of the control spindle spinning in both legs.However, I have to say once I reported the problem to the seller via Amazon, they were amazing, best customer experience i've ever had with a faulty item.They replied to me within 30 minutes, apologising and asking for a photo showing the problem, which I duly provided. Again, within 10 minutes they had responded and agreed to ship me out a new desk, which arrived next day. You cannot ask for better customer service and Iris who handled my issue was fantastic.The replacement desk works perfectly, I guess I was just unlucky to get a faulty component, which is why I only give it 4 stars.All in all, the actual product, when working seems great, very sturdy and the control panel allows you to save desk heights that you commonly use.

Been using this product for a few months now, I've programmed a comfortable standing height for myself and one for when I'm studying and one for gaming/movies. Legs are really strong and can handle a heavy oak desk with a pc and a monitor on top. Only bad thing I encountered in one occasion after months using was an error code where the desk would only go down and not go back up. Done a quick YouTube search and on manufacturers YouTube page they address it where the solution is to lower the desk all the way down where it will reset itself, and/or make sure the cables are fitted in properly. Apart from that it's a 5/5 ⭐

I mean the price the quality the actual working order is all on point so easy to put together so smooth also it's very practical 👌 couldn't say one bad thing about it 🥰

Unfortunately the product doesn't do what supposed to do. Doesn't work. It doesn't go up, the error message appears when you try to raise the desk. Got a refund without problems.Thanks
