This thing flies! It was perfect for our 7 year old for Christmas. He mastered it quickly and we were honestly shocked how fast it goes. It is also really quality material because my son is rough on this and rides it inside and outside and has crashed on it a few times. And it’s proven it can survive all he throws at it. We even had a family member buy the go kart style attachment for it which is so easy to put on and my son loves that too. Been really impressed with battery life, durability and speed. I bought this hoverboard as a Christmas gift for my 7 year old! So far seems like a nice, good quality hoverboard. Seems very sturdy and has good battery capacity in my opinion. It’s very easy to use and rides smooth. Does unfortunately have a problem where it needs calibrated all of a sudden, and every once in a while it will come to a halt for seemingly no reason, which could cause someone to get hurt. All over the paperwork it says to reach out to customer service with any problems so I did, and they responded super quickly and worked with us to fix the problem and make it right. Customer service will make or break a product for me and this customer service was top notch! I really appreciated the prompt and courteous responses as well as them solving our issue in a timely manner. As far as the hoverboard itself, it works really well. It was quick and easy to get it working out of the box. It responds well to my son as far as stopping, going, turning, etc. The speed is pretty quick, and it’s a smooth ride. Overall I am very happy with this hoverboard, and my son loves it!
