At the start of the year I was diagnosed with low vitamin D, my GP gave me some prescription meds then told me I'd need to find Vit D in the range of 2000+ daily probably for the rest of my life. I find taking these in the morning is most beneficial for me. They taste pretty good, kinda like lucazade sport orange, for the amount you get it's a decent price. They're super easy to use, I use one in the morning every other day as for me personally 5000 is a lot and I worry about over doing it, but each to their own. They have a soft gummy texture which is initially a little firm, I actually really enjoy sucking them almost like a lozenge. Unlike the sleepy gummies also by this brand which have a little bit of a gritty texture when sucked, these do not when done like that even though they aren't supposed to be eaten this way. They're such good quality I actually ordered the sleepy gummies from the same brand. Genuinely rate this company and their gummies.
