Great Picture
This is a great picture. Nice new handle and top with flaps on the side to take off easier. I had the original picture that came when I bought my Vitamix and it didn't have the flaps or nice handle and just go sticky and old and hard to keep clean and keep the lid on without spilling but also had it for 20 years. This is so much better, lighter and easier to grip. I'm not sure what people were saying about the nose because mine is fine and works like a charm for my Vitamix 5000 blender.

Just what we needed! Perfect, no issues .. still going strong. I wish they made these in glass to be honest because I hate plastic but they’re still durable and a good price. Super durable thick plastic. The fit is spot on.

Warranty
I purchased a blender pitcher 10 months ago and recently the base cracked and leaks. I contacted them and without hesitation, sent out a brand new one and showed up in two days. Great stand up company.

Vitamix replacement blender jar is of poor quality
I bought this in December of 2023 since the original one that came with the Vitamix blender developed a crack. It still works reasonably well. But I noticed rust on the blade unit where it sits on the base! I thought the blade metal parts were made of stainless/rust proof steel. Obviously, not. Very disappointed in this replacement jar. I have attached a photo showing the rust. No, I would not recommend this product.
