The product did help with cleaning old stains on my black suede boots. Took a lot of sweat equity. However, Customers should manage their expectation. Additionally, I also purchased a spray suede cleaner to address the stubborn areas. Please note to be careful when handling/using the brush with the steel bristles.

adequately cleaned the suede part of my new balances. however, practice caution when using the harder bristled brush (dark brown). it’s extremely pointy and pricked my fingers to bleed a few times. overall, good product.

Came quickly and seemed to work ok. Only used once so far but it is easy to use. The cleaning stick won't last (as it is consumable) but the brushes are good quality and I expect them to last a long time. I am hoping I can just buy more of the cleaning sticks, but haven't got that far yet
