Hestan ProBond professional clad stainless steel with titum non stick 10 piece set
I am enjoying this cookware and so far it is performing well for me. Great nonstick surface and easy to clean. Most nonstick pans I have used have been disappointing when cooking meat. Not this pan. You can actually get a good sear and color in your steaks and chops. Quality craftmanship with comfortable handles, good surface area and really like that the nonstick is PFOA free. They say this cookware is more durable and long lasting then typical nonstick. I guess time will tell but so far these pans are working as advertised. Very pleased with this cookware and would highly recommend it.

Delaminating of Cookware and Hestan Will Not Replace
Cookware is delaminating in only a year’s worth of modest use and Hestan ghosted me when I requested that they live up to their warranty and provide a replacement.

The TITUM Nonstick Sauté Pan with Lid, 3.5-Quart that is a part of this set left an extremely bad metallic taste to the food I was cooking. It was so bad that I had to throw the food away. I will admit that I was cooking acidic foods (diced tomatoes and tomato soup) but this reaction should not have happened. I checked the pan and it looks perfect. No scratches. I reached out to Hestan twice for any explanation or advice but have received no response. I will update if I receive any further information from Hestan. The other items in the set function perfectly.
