How do you upload your video to your computer?

The camera comes with a USB cable. You can use it to connect the camera with your computer, and then upload videos or picturs to your computer.

Every time that I try to import the photos, it says that there are 0 photos to import? It is not a card reader issue because I have tried two readers.

Try plugging it into the computer instead of using the card

What kind of batteries does this camera use?

It comes with two rechargeable batteries. They are about 1.5” x 1” square and 1/4” thick, so compact and just slide into the slot inside the camera. It comes with a charging cord that plugs into the camera and the other end into an outlet. It is very easy to charge. A great little camera!

I didn't realize until I bought the camera that it doesn't have auto focus. If it's manual focus, how does it work?

So sorry that the camera is not auto focus camera. When you take photos, please point to the thing first and then press the shooting button to take a image. And the camera also can be used to record videos, just press the mode button to enter video mode and then press the shooting button to start recording.
