Kind of huge tablets to take, if you really struggle to swallow regular tablets then maybe this won't be the best option. Although, this supplement is so effective- it really helps my skin (eczema) and energy levels. It being magnesium glycinate helps with absorption too which is just even better! This specific brand/ product is the one I swear by. So for £7, you can't really go wrong. It took me continued use for 2-3 months to notice the positives of it, and I'm glad I stuck with it :) i'd defo recommend to get this because the benefits were good for me.

I've always been a bad sleeper and as I've gotten older, and being a woman it's gotten so much worse. Since taking this magnesium, I'm definitely sleeping so much better. I seem to fall asleep easier and don't wake up as often, sometimes not at all. I have also been giving it toy partner who it is helping alot. Definitely worth taking at night, just before bed. Just make sure you're consistent and take it nightly.

Does exactly what it says on the tin for an affordable price. Can't ask for more. All the other forms of magnesium I bought from other brands were (1) more expensive, and (2) gave me... umm... 'the two-bob bits'. And for those who have never heard that expression, let's just say I spent a lot of time on the toilet. And it was GREEN! Sorry, TMI. 🤣 For *most* people, 'Glycinate' is the most tolerant form of magnesium. It's easier on the stomach and doesn't have you darting to the bathroom. Seller was helpful and delivery (via Prime) took less than nine hours. Happy customer.

Label says pure Glycinate however in the small print turns out it's Buffered with Oxide. I'm going to give it a try as elemental mag isn't too high hoping most comes from Glycinate.
