I went from peeing my pants sometimes three times an evening to not at all. I used 2 softgells every morning. The relief was immediate. I'm not a small woman, 6'2" tall and heavy and 2 pills worked just fine. No stomach problems and easy to swallow.

This is an absolute must in my medicine cabinet. I used to struggle terribly with reoccurring UTI's and dealing with major discomfort, even needed antibiotics a couple times which wasn't great. The discomfort can also happen to me while flying as well, so I always take a few with me when I travel. Buying these pills is 1000% worth it over having to make a trip to the doctor, especially since I know what the problem is. Going to male doctors to explain that I have a UTI - sometimes I have been questioned or urged to take unnecessary tests so taking my health into my own hands, especially my urinary tract health has been such a relief to me (and great on the wallet!). I have also learned that to much sugar, salt, or alcohol make that pain flare up. I don't take them daily, but regularly especially if I start to feel that specific uncomfortableness, and these knock it out right away. If not instant relief, I get relief within 30 minutes after taking these with a glass of water. I have not had a full-blown UTI or intense discomfort since October of 2023.

These little red pills have been very helpful in taking care of my UTIs. They are easy to swallow and I just take them with water every morning with my other supplements. I have purchased them twice now and definitely recommend buying them.
