I do not understand the negative reviews.
Yes. It is spendy. But everything for first aid is there. It's got a great case and is well laid out. No, you're probably not going to do a mass-casualty thing, but if that's you're intent, become a medic with ACLS or BMS certification. I haven't saved a life with this, but I have aided in suffering. Open it up, read the instructions, become familiar with it. IT IS A FIRST AID KIT! If you can go to the store and pick up all this has for less, good on you mate. Hope your time was well spent. LOL

Nice
This little kit is great. The bag is nicely made with 2 different ways to carry. Either Miller a sling strap. All the components are well organized and has everything needed for a basic kit.

Very organized and perfect size
Nicely laid out and comes with a digital guide with instructions as well as a survival PDF. Haven’t had to use any on the items yet, but perfect to keep in a truck or vehicle. Knocking a star only for the price, but at least you know you’re getting a quality product.

Complete rip off
I’m sooooo incredibly disappointed in this product. And shame on me for not reading the description more closely. If I went to the local pharmacy and bought the same items that are in this kit, it might cost $30. I’m stunned at how sparse it is for $114. And super disappointed in the brand - which I thought was a very good company. I’m not even sure there is a single bandaid in here. A pair of scissors, some tape and a couple of other items - you can do much better! And I have! This is the last product I buy from this brand.

Designed for ease of use under stress and emergencies. With color coding, tear away Velcro, and carry strap for dynamic situations. Quality and packaging are excellent. About the size of my headrest where I store mine in my vehicle.

Not worth the price
Literally about 24 dollars worth of supplies that you can order through any medical supply store and purchase a similar bag for another 20 bucks.
