GROHE BauEdge Single Lever Shower Mixer Valve ONLY, Chrome, 23333 000

Purchased to replace triton bar cartridge shower where temperature adjustment was seized. This was a spanner get old unit off, straight forward swap with new washers. Fantastic quality, easier to use than triton. Easy to adjust temperature and flow rate. Highly recommended.

Solid build quality, easy to install, easy to use

This was purchased to replace an existing fitting that was only 4 years old, however had 2 knobs on either side and the teeth that grip them to the actual taps had worn out. After some research, this design was the best to buy for ease of use (one easy to pull and manoeuvre lever to control both pressure and temperature). I paid a local plumber to replace this and whilst watching him work, realised I could do it my self (be sure to turn off your water supply if you do!). Its relatively easy depending on the fixtures/piping of the hot and cold water you're connecting to but it is quite literally 2 bolts! Been using this everyday for about 2 weeks now and it works perfectly every time, excellent and easy to use control. Its well made (as all Grohe products are) and finished without any burrs or imperfections. I hope this one lasts longer than the previous one - judging by the design and finish, I think it will. P.S also got it at a bargain price - watch out for daily offers!

Seems to be an excellent product which has now been fitted. However, the connection is a female one at both hot and cold inlets, so you may need a quickfit kit. Also, thecentre of the unit is about 10mm from the wall, so if your previous one was screwed into the wall, you'll need some silicone or a new tile. Otherwise, it seems perfect: easy to use, good function.

Great shower and excellent performance

Great item. Solid feel. Great quality. So easy to fit...literally undo 2 nuts, take off old shower bar, and replace with this as all the existing fittings worked.

Easy to install, just change this for the old one, untighten 2 nuts replace and tighten. However when installed it leaked because the provided washers were not up to the job. Luckily, I was able to use the washers from the old unit on and they were fine. Not good enough Grohe, I expected better for the price I paid

Ça fait des mois que je n'avais pas d'eau chaude dans la douche car le mitigeur mitigeur avec thermostat intégré ne permet pas de profiter de toute l'eau que la chaudière chauffe. Grâce a ce mitigeur Grohe je peux manuellement choisir la température de l'eau et enfin avoir de l'eau très chaude ! Sur Amazon Belgique ce mitigeur est vendu plus de 2 fois moins chère que chez brico Belgique (42,99 au lieu de 99,99euro !). La livraison s'est fait 3 jours plus tôt que prévu !

This can’t be used in Australia wrong fitting size

I bought this for my grandmother. She has a trailer and it was perfect so we didn't have to extend the water lines. She couldn't be happier!
