Helt i paritet med tex Tocosorb från Jarrow eller motsvarigheten hos Cytoplan. Finns billigare E-vitamin men de fallerar i effektivitet enligt min erfarenhet. Jag intar 5-7 kvällar i veckan tillsammans med lite mat. Verkar stödja andra tillskott som intas till middag och med de facto en bättre sömn under längre tid. Tidigare koncentrerade jag just intag av e-vitamin till frukost men detta till kvällsmåltiden har fallit synnerligen väl ut. Jag köper när de har rabatter... Stark fyra i betyg.
