I bought this adorable pink soup thermos thinking I was being the world's most thoughtful mom. "My daughter will love having hot soup for lunch!" I thought. "She'll be so grateful for warm, nutritious meals!" I was so naive. The thermos itself is fantastic - keeps food hot for hours, easy to clean, cute color. I tested it with mac and cheese and it was still steaming at lunchtime. Perfect! My teenager used it exactly once. ONCE. Apparently, carrying an extra container is "too much work" and she'd rather "just eat PB&J" than deal with the inconvenience of... bringing a thermos. The same kid who carries 47 lip glosses, 3 phone chargers, and a collection of hair ties she'll never use in her backpack suddenly can't handle one more item. I thought maybe she was bored with mac and cheese, so I offered to make different kinds of hot foods. Nope. The issue isn't the food - it's the audacity of expecting her to transport liquid food in a separate container. Apparently, I've asked too much of her delicate teenage ecosystem. So now I have a perfectly good thermos that sits in my cabinet, mocking my parental optimism. Meanwhile, my daughter continues to survive on whatever fits in a plastic baggie because carrying a thermos is apparently more effort than slowly starving. Would I recommend? Yes, but only if your teenager hasn't reached peak "I can't be bothered" levels yet. The thermos works great - teenage motivation is sold separately.

I have been using this soup thermo to keep my son's food warm for lunch and it did not disappoint. What I like: Keeps food warm for several Hours from the time I pack it at 7am until His lunch time at 1130am. Good size for kids' portion and fits well inside his lunch bag. Easy to open and close for a first grader. Does not leak when closed properly. What could be improved: Portion size may be small for big kids. Final thoughts: This is a very reliable option for keeping food warm. Easy to use for my 7 year old son.

Perfect for lunch great quality

After perusal of other reviews that stated keeping items warm I was a bit skeptical. But I decided to try out the Howeemo 10. oz Soup Thermo, since it had a spork (wanted a fork) attached in lieu of a spoon. I was pleasantly surprised by the results of the test. After removing the lid I added very hot tap water, wiped it dry and added some hot ramen noodles ( minus the water the noodles were in) and immediately closed the thermo. After four hours the noodles were still hot when I opened the thermo. In addition to keeping the food hot it is very lightweight, there was no odor when I opened the thermo to wash. The only issue is that the mouth of the thermo is not as wide as I had wanted but keeping the food hot, and the added spork makes up for that.

This is a great quality product. It does keep the content warm or cold for hours so it works perfectly for lunch boxes prepared in the morning. The spoon/fork is very convenient though not much of a fork but my daughter said she had no issue with it. The lid opens and closes easily and is well sealed. The design is super cute and i love the glossy material used. The design is slightly raised which makes it pop even more. Beautiful colors. See video! Cleaning by hand or dishwasher works. Love it!

Bought this for my daughter to take to school for lunches. She wanted to start trying to take 'hot' lunches in her pack instead of just a sandwich or lunchable every day. this works perfect for that!! She says that her food stays warm enough to eat still when she goes to lunch for the day. Also the perfect size for what she needs it for.

Every morning at 6:00 AM, I pack their food extra hot, and by lunchtime at 10:50 AM, it’s still warm — not boiling hot, but definitely warm enough to enjoy. It does exactly what it promises. It is not keeping the food warm as advertised.. i cant return as i used it once..

I bought this thermos for my daughters packed lunches. She loves soup and a sandwich and this is a great size. It easily holds a full 400g tin of soup but she normally just has half. It keeps her soup warm and she said when she eats it at lunch time it’s just a nice temperature for eating without being too hot. You need to preheat it before you use it or it won’t hold the heat for as long, I pour boiling water in it in the morning and leave it for an hour before filling with any food. The thermos fits well in her lunchbox without taking up too much space so that I can still pack all of her usual lunch items and snacks.
