I got this after having a miscarriage. The steam felt great and you will definitely have some discharge afterwards (which is purpose). After only one steam, after my menstrual cycle, I’m pregnant again! Highly recommend!!

I’ve learned about yoni steaming back in 2020, just before covid hit in California. I was so intrigued with the information I found and the results/reviews for painful menstrual cycles. I have Endometriosis and Pelvic congestion syndrome (that’s where varicose veins line in and around your uterus, cervix, fallopian tubes etc..) my cycles are extremely heavy/painful. I literally feel like I’m going through 6-7 days of labor. Covid then finance’s then location of the yoni steaming all restricted me from getting it done. I finally bought everything I needed to do it at home. I steamed using this about 6 days ago and 2 days later my cycle came. Today I realized I’m on day 4 of my cycle and I’m not cramping nor have I had any and I mean ANY cramping this whole time. I’m still actively having a heavy cycle which is my normal but I feel like if I do this 2-3 times a month. I think my cycle will slow down. At least that’s the research I’ve found anyway and a ton of reviews. I am super excited to do this again. I’ve already told a couple of family members who also suffer similar symptoms. Now I will say this because nowhere did I read it and if it happens to anyone else I want them to know it’s normal. After I steamed for 20/30 minutes, about 30 minutes after I was done I began cramping. I remember thinking dang, is my cycle coming a couple days early because of the cramping. It wasn’t severe, just normal for me. It only lasted about an hour and a half then it left. Good luck ladies, buy it but please do your research and study. There’s right and wrong ways to this and you can cause more harm then good if you don’t do it correctly.

I enjoy the feeling after you feel better emotionally I don't know why I felt relaxed calmer than normal I felt stressed that day and after I felt peaceful.

Ladies please be careful with this. This pack smells very nice, it’s a very nice pain reliever and it feels like you’re exfoliating. To be honest with you, do not put boiling water in a bowl then sit overtop of this, take warm water , let it sit for 5 minutes and then proceed. The pack looks small, but it’s filled with so much, my first time I used a 4th of the actual pack, I didn’t need too much. The peppermint is strong, that’s why I state do not add boiling water, I have burned myself by accident using a bowl I also bought off amazon, but overall I’d rate it fairly well. Use once in a blue moon, I would not recommend use all the time unless you have an infection, are on your cycle , or if you need relief from hair bumps or any sort of blisters.

I use this after my period and I believe that it does work and clean you inside.
