I bought this ab roller thinking I’d casually get my 6 pack back… turns out it had other plans for me 💀 First of all, this thing does NOT play around. One roll-out and my abs introduced themselves like, “Hey, remember us? No? Well you do now.” The rebound feature is actually super helpful—it’s like the wheel gently says, “I got you,” while your core screams, “WHY.” It feels sturdy, rolls smoothly, and doesn’t wobble like my motivation on leg day. Bonus points for making me feel like I worked out hard even after just a few reps (or… attempts). Would I recommend it? Yes. Will it humble you? Also yes. Great little device if you’re ready to strengthen your core and question your life choices at the same time 😄

Good bit of kit
Tidy bit of kit. Seems sturdy and works well. Never tried an ab wheel before, but it's a bit more interesting than sit ups, and feels easier on my low back. Gives a proper pump on the lats and triceps aswell. Cheers.

this is a good wee roller.....you need to charge it sometimes and it flashes and bleeps to tell you.....you have to lean quite forcibly to push it and it zooms back towards you

Really for about a buck extra they could make the handles much stronger.
It looks amazing, but the handles seem flimsy. That being said it's held up at least a month now and I'm getting good exercise from it.
