Excellent Product, better than expected
I was slightly hesitant buying a refurbished Apple Product but I am so glad that I did. I ordered a iPad Pro 12.9 256gb with Cellular in Excellent condition. Extremely well packaged and no marks on devices at all in new condition. Also I was lucky enough to receive one with 100% battery health and only 14 charge cycles. iPad was delivered next day and I would recommend anyone to give them a try.

Fantastic iPad.
The item arrived sooner than expected and it was very well protected. The iPad was in pristine condition as if it was brand new. All the functions work perfectly and it holds its charge perfectly. I would not hesitate in recommending this seller. I’m really impressed and very happy.

Rubbish charger
Item arrived on time but when set up to charge iPad didn’t charge. I initiated a return of the iPad. However a friend loaned me his charger and lead and using it the iPad charged ok. So I cancelled the return. The charger and lead sent by the supplier is cheap rubbish and does not work.

Annoying scratch and bad packaging.
Really let down by annoying scratch, right on the top of the unit!Bought as 'excellent', not really.However, the main thing is the unit, and this runs perfectly with no problems and with good battery!The packaging is really bad .. the unit was sticking out of the inner packaging!Would of been 5 stars but let down by annoying scratch and bad packaging.
