Nice budget receiver
I added this as I was looking for a basic surround receiver with a phono input. This works well and produces a nice clear sound. Easy to use and value priced. Keep in mind, this is more entry level when it comes to Denon but for us this as the correct choice.

I very good and easy system to set up
You have to do setup. Does not have to be on the internet to do so. After ez setup. Love it. One remote to work the tv and avr at the same time. Turn the tv on and the avr turns on and 2 seconds later. Sound is on and doing my tv shows. Are more of streaming. I am very happy with the sound and the configuration I would recommend this unit to others

Fantastic Sound Quality
This receiver is fantastic. I have it in my bedroom connected via e-arc hdmi to my Amazon firetv powering 5 klipsch reference speakers and klipsch home theater sub. There's zero hiss or static. It sounds great and the bluetooth connects instantly. The included mic was able to set all the speaker distances for me. The menu can be a little intimidating, but after an hour or so I was able to figure it all out. I did download the manual, but didn't really need it. I would buy it again in a heartbeat. I think you'd be hard pressed to find another receiver that's this good for the price. Denon makes a fine product.

Solid, powerful receiver
I’m quite happy with this receiver. It’s sturdy and well-made, it sounds phenomenal and has more than enough power for my speakers (KEF Q150s), and supports a wide array of inputs, switching seamlessly between my TV’s HDMI ARC and my turntable’s line. It’s also easy to set up, with a smart process that custom-tailors the sound to the profile of the room and speaker configuration. My only complaint is that in my experience, the HEOS audio connectivity is a bit unreliable. When trying to play Spotify from my iphone via airplay, sometimes it works fine, sometimes there’s substantial lag, and sometimes it refuses to connect at all. For what it’s worth, I don’t know if this is a Spotify problem, an Apple problem, or a Denon problem, but in any case, the HEOS interface is finicky. Other than that, for all wired applications, I absolutely love this receiver. It’s powerful, easy to use, and sounds crystal clear.

Great features at a good price & easy setup
Excellent value and exactly what I was hoping for. I came from using a Yamaha HDMI receiver that was randomly shutting itself off. I also have a 4k projector and the receiver only passed 1080 resolution so it was time for an upgrade. I already have wall mounted surround so I wanted something capable of hooking up to my existing speakers and powered subwoofer. I did a bit of research and landed on this Denon. I felt like it would be an almost unnoticeable upgrade but two things really stick out for me. First, the Denon and HEOS apps that allow streaming music and second, the surround configuration. I almost never listened to Bluetooth music on my old system because if I walked too far away it'd drop or stutter. Now I find myself listening to streaming audio using HEOS almost every day. When you go in and select a genre or station the Denon turns on automatically and just starts playing. It's great. The sound configuration on my old system always seemed weak from the surround speakers. I always had to manually select 5 channel surround and even then it was not even sounding. With this receiver, I did the auto configuration using the included microphone and set the sound mode for HEOS to multi channel stereo and it's done. The sound is even throughout the room. Surround movies sound great and look nice in 4k. All this was at the discount of Amazon Renewed so about $100 less than a new one. I'm happy.

Good but needs work
Let's start with the good stuff. It sounds great and it does everything I want it to do. I'm happy I found a 5.2 ch AV receiver with HEOS, anything over 5 channels would have been too involved for me. Now for the no-so-good stuff. It hums and it is noticeable. After a little bit of troubleshooting, I found out the noise was not coming from the speakers and the receiver does not produce an audible hum by itself, but something in the receiver vibrates when it's powered on and it resonates with the cabinet which produces a very noticeable low hum. I added some vibration isolating pads to the feet, that almost completely got rid of the noise. This next item is not a big deal and is likely an issue with any "smart" electronics. It can be buggy at times. I recently had to unplug the unit because it was producing no sound. It worked fine after. Lastly it's HEOS. It has so much potential and actually works alright, but it can use a lot of improvement in the user friendliness department.

quality piece. works great
Straightforward 5.2 receiver. Hook up was easy, but working through the set-up took more than one hour. You'll end up with the Denon remote, your TV remote, and your cable remote. Sounds great. Powers my Polk tower speakers with ease.

This Receiver Is Amazing
I have a TV with an eARC (Enhanced Audio Return Channel), but my old Yamaha receiver didn't support that. I cut the cable last year and now use Hulu + Live TV for everything, and I have a Roku Ultimate. What I WANTED was the ability to control everything with one remote and voice. So I installed the Roku and Hulu skills on my Amazon Alexa account, and the installed this Denon receiver in place of my old Yamaha. First the receiver was very easy and intuitive to set up. I used the microphone that came with it to get all of the speakers configured for the best sound and it sounds amazing. Thanks to the eARC connection between my TV and the Denon receiver, my TV can now control the volume levels on the receiver; and that allowed me use just the Roku remote to control everything. But even better, I can say "Alexa watch Hulu on Roku" and my TV, Denon receiver and Roku all turn themselves on and Hulu launches. I can also tell Alexa what I want to watch, control volume either with voice commands or the remote, and turn everything off (TV, receiver & Roku) by simply saying "Alexa, turn off Roku." Anyway, I wanted great sound, one remote to control everything, and the ability to use voice commands. That is all working flawlessly now, and key to that was the Denon receiver. Based upon this experience, I wouldn't hesitate to buy anything Denon makes.

I love this avr. Arrived very quickly, not quite enough protection with packaging. One of the antennas for wifi and Bluetooth is broken, but I'm not returning it. I can live with this inconvenience. It's a great network receiver, I have it hard wired with eternity and it paired perfectly with my Sony bravia tv. I can have the air turn on with the tv and control volume. Great sound paired with Jamo LCR speakers with no subwoofer. I have no problem with buying an open box item again

Excellent item. Almost too good with huge sub menus. But it does a good job.

I purchased this for a new system I put together for my newly renovated living room. I didn't need anything more than a 5.2 system and the choices are limited. The TV is a new OLED LG with all the new features that HDMI2 offers, so I wanted an AVR that could take advantage of them. Wow, what an upgrade from my old AVR. Easy to program, easy to setup, and there is more than enough power for my needs. Now if I was 20 again (I hate to admit I was 20 in the 80's) I would likely have gone with the higher end unit that would piss off my neighbors, but don't think that this one does not have the power to put some punch in your audio system. My new setup has 2 slimline ML speakers flanking my TV, a ML center channel speaker under the TV, and a SVS subwoofer, and to be honest the sound quality with this AVR is more than I could have hoped for. The space is a full open concept with 18' ceilings and it can more than fill the entire area with high quality sound. I have yet to test the full output abilities of the system. So long story short, I am very happy with this AVR.

Ótimo. Precisava apenas de um receiver 5.2 e com mais de quatro entradas HDMI.
