希望のナイフは少し違うものなんですが、大昔はテーブルに置くのはこれ一本。主菜、肉料理、ソースのない魚料理に‥そんなテーブルナイフにしてみました。ステーキナイフもアウトドアのカトラリーも持っているのですが、多分ステーキ屋さんに行った時のは、このメーカー。握りやすく、軽く、刃が薄目なので良く切れます。
