I feel amazing after I use this thermal sauna. I hop in the shower and turn the luewarm water little bit at a time to cool water. I feel invigorated and awake. Toxins flushed, and skin cleansed. I've used it when not feeling well, fatigued and Dore painful body. .it really works and so much better than portable steam rooms. It's a breeze to clean and the plastic liner bags ensure that you won't need to clean it very often. If you have joint or muscle pain I highly recommend

If you have tight muscles, this product is amazing. I used it after a 30 mile bike ride. The next day I was not sore. It heats up fast, be prepared to sweat even on the lowest setting.

At first I did not think this blanket worked. I was trying to get it to work by programming the control panel and I got no heat at all and it was very frustrating. The instructions are ridiculous, unless directions such as, "when the nixietube2 glitterring.please press the button 7" (sic) are something you can understand. I finally realized that it did come with a remote control and figured I would try that. The remote does not come with a battery--by some miracle I actually had the correct battery (CR2032 in case you want to make sure you have one handy). The blanket worked like a charm with the remote and the remote is very intuitive, which takes the frustration out of working the blanket. The blanket heats up very fast and yes, you will sweat! A Lot! The zippers work fine and I had no problem zipping it up. I love that it has arm holes. The arm holes are also zippered in case you want to keep your arms inside and not lose any extra heat. I do not know of any way to test if this is actually infrared or not, so I can't speak to that part of it. I am 5'5" and the blanket works well for me as far as size, there is plenty of room. It comes with plastic sauna wraps which I did not use, I can't imagine putting something around me so I would sweat even more in there! It does indeed fold up fairly small and is not heavy, so it's easy to fit in a closet and take in and out when you want to use it. All in all I think I will be very happy with the blanket and it will do what it is designed to do.

This is a great sauna blanket that is an excellent value when compared to paying for this service in a salon. The bag itself is huge and heavy! I actually find it a bit difficult to setup sometimes because of the weight but the performance overall makes this product more than worth it. Everything is easy to setup and use. The remote works extremely well with controlling the temperature of this and overall, I really couldn't be happier with this selection. I would definitely recommend giving this a try!😉👍🏾

I am not 100% sure this is infrared but at least this one works. But, it does not come with instructions. It also came with plastic liners (like you would lay down when you are painting), but I did not use them. I ordered a different brand previously and it did not work. I have included the instructions from the previous one for anyone that does not get how to use the temperature or change it (to switch from time to temperature, you have to use the button that looks like a wrench. The remote does not come with a battery. It does get hot, so I put on socks and lightweight cotton clothes as well as a towel down in the blanket. I also put my yoga mat down under the blanket just in case to protect the floor. It does get hot and you do sweat. I started with only 15 minutes to eventually work my way up. I am just glad this one worked and hope to use it long-term as I suffer from arthritis. Fingers crossed it will work for a long time.
