UPDATED REVIEW: seller replaced the original order with two more Apple Tag holders. This time I placed them on my portable computers (pad and notebook). The product works fine attached to these devices. I can install and remove the Tags without putting too much strain around the cap base. The first two holders I installed on the inside of my luggage which is somewhat of a loose surface and may have contributed to the failure of one of them. So I would recommend you place the holder on a solid, non-movable surface for best results. A quarter turn cap may perform better on loose surfaces but is not available now. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Placed inside my luggage and placed my Apple Tag inside the holder. When returned from my trip, I tried to remove the plastic cover to remove the tag and the plastic base pulled away from the cloth and made a tearing sound. The cap does not remove easily enough to remove the tag and creates a pulling action against the cloth resulting in a separation. Return the item immediately.

This is honestly one of the best AirTag accessories I’ve owned. It’s super sleek, low profile, and doesn’t scream “there’s an AirTag here,” which I love. It blends in perfectly and feels really well made. I attached it once and immediately forgot about it, which is exactly what you want from an AirTag accessory. If AirTags had a best friend, this would be it. Clean, simple, and actually useful. Highly recommend.
