However, the only ingredient listed is organic black chia seeds, nothing else. It is my understanding that chia seeds are a gluten free seed. **Q: Fo chia seeds help weight loss?** A: They are good for you and help keep you fuller longer. It’s got fiber which is good for weight loss but it is definitely to be used in conjunction with a healthy diet and some exercise. Not a for sure weight loss deal but helps! **Q: One brand I bought had a lead warning on it, does this have any warnings on it?** A: It doesn’t have a warning, but it has a note to consume promptly after mixing it with liquids or else it will become gelatinous and difficult to eat.
