Excellent
This is my first time using generic toner cartridges...I took a leap of faith because of the positive reviews.I purchased these generic toner cartridges (around $25 for a two pack) as well as a new non-generic Brother toner cartridge (around $50 for one cartridge) so I could directly compare the printing results. I also cleaned the printing components (rollers, etc) of my scanner/printer (a Brother MFC-7840W) before the printing comparison so that any printing irregularities could be attributed to the toner cartridge being tested. I set the printing quality to high (1200dpi) during my testing.I tested all three cartridges (2 generic cartridges + 1 non-generic cartridge) consecutively after inserting each into the printing drum that came with my scanner/printer. All of the printouts during my testing were perfect, i.e., no smudges, lines, fading, etc. I noticed no quality difference between the generic versus non-generic printouts. I'm very happy with the cost savings and the printing quality of these generic toner cartridges.Another trick to extend toner life...put a piece of black electrical tape over one (or both) of the holes on each side of the printing drum (the frame that the toner cartridges slide into). The printer shines a light through these holes to decide when to give you an "end of life" or "replace toner" message. Covering up one (or both) of the holes stops this from happening (at least on my machine) and let's you decide when you need new toner...not your printer.

High Quality Copies
I was very fearful of purchasing low cost high yield Brother TN-360 "compatible" toner. A few years ago I had purchased some "compatible" toner and was very disappointed with the copy quality, not to mention, I lost my money, as it could not be returned for refund. However, I knew that if I had a problem this time, Amazon would make it right. The V4Ink compatible toner has performed much better than I expected. I am getting the same high quality copies with the V4Ink toner that I been getting from the Brother toner. The only difference I have seen is that I do not have a way to recycle the old toner cartridges with V4Ink like I did with Brother.

Brother TN-360 Compatible Toner Cartridge High Yield
Good price here on Amazon and lasts a long time. I have had no problems with the ink or cartridges so far. Will buy again. If I have problems, I will re-evaluate. The shipment arrived quickly, so I was satisfied with the product and service.

Works just fine
I did not want my husband to buy these "compatible" toners, because I always get the "real thing" for my own printers. I have two laser printers and one ink jet multi-use, and yes, I pay a lot for my toner and ink! But Amazon does help.Anyway, I did order these for him because that is what he wanted to pay (it is a really good price so long as they work.) He says he has been getting these for a couple of years and has never had a problem, and so far, the first one from this set (which I am reviewing) is working great for him.I put this review up because so many people are very critical of reconditioned or compatible, non-original toners....as I have always been. I STILL wouldn't use them in my printers, but it is only fair to tell you that these are working fine for my husband in his.

The toner itself is fine, it works
The toner itself is fine, it works. I don't believe in buying the ridiculously priced new toner. I did, however, have an issue with both of these toner cartridges, and for a few days I thought it was my machine. I even bought new drum units, thinking that might be the problem - it wasn't. I called Brother and found out that on some refurbished toner cartridges there is something on them that slides or gets pushed in that lets the machine know it has a new toner cartridge installed. My machine would not print even with the new toner cartridge because it kept thinking it was empty and still the old toner. After talking with Brother, the tech explained the problem and was nice enough to tell me a few codes to type in on the machine to reset it and make it think the toner is full again. I've never had to do this before with this machine or refurbished toner cartridges.

It's worked great and you can't beat the price
It's worked great and you can't beat the price. The only problem is that when I put the new cartridge in, my printer still read it as empty and wouldn't reset. I looked at Brother's website and they claim that you can't use a "refilled" cartridge. They are wrong! I kept looking and found this video of how to clear the "empty toner" message on the printer and it worked great. Here's the link.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-c17gwhTtMU

SKIP - NOT WORTH THE SAVINGS!
I bought these because they were cheap. I was okay with them not lasting quite as long and being a little dusty because they were cheap. This is the third time I have ordered them. This time they were MUCH more dusty than usual. The first one I used only lasted half as long as before and for some reason I had constant paperjams and steaking. I finally gave up on it and tried the second one. Just taking it out of the package I knew it was bad there was toner all over everything. I dusted everything off as best I could and gently placed it in machine. I have not had one good copy! All have steaks and gray hazed. I have tried multiple time to blow everything off and wipe down the druma and machine, I ran a few blank pages through and still everything is terrible. I cannot use for client apps. Unfortunately I cannot exchange because my window ended 2 weeks ago. Ug. NEVER BUYING AGAIN! I am worried my printer is ruined from all the residue.
