BRITAUltramax Water Dispenser, Capacity with Filters, Gray, 27 Cup (efer)

I bought this dispenser because I have well water and don't care for the taste. The dispenser has already paid for itself since I no longer buy bottled water. In fact, I actually drink more water because of it!!! With a little bit of rearranging of the shelves, the dispenser fits perfectly in the refrigerator! I also love that the spout doesn't drip a drop of water like others I have tried in the past. This is definitely a keeper!!!

The pitcher is defective:- The filters provided actually do not properly fit into the filter chamber which essentially means the water is just running right through... unfiltered. Even purchasing the standard Brita manufactured filters didn't work.- The spout to the reservoir is defective. Even in the "closed" position, it leaks.Unfortunately, I these issues didn't come about until it was time to replace the filter (~90 days) and outside of the return window. I sent proof to the seller of the issues at which time they promptly stopped responding to me and my concerns. Amazon customer service was useless as well. For the price I paid, I want a refund.

Not a fan of cool tap water. I keep this container in the fridge and love the cold filtered water. Easy to fill. Easy to dispense.

Bought this because I got tired of always needing to buy water, now I can just fill it up at the sink.

The media could not be loaded. Came with horrible knockoff filters that are almost useless. They don't pass enough water, and most of it just sits in the top. Buy the standalone unit and get the genuine Brita filters separately.

This is the first brita I’ve owned. My aunt bought a brita pitcher when they were first introduced to the market more than 10 years ago. My only issues with this is that its not for a heavy water drinker. after two water bottles you will need to top it off again, That leads to the second issue. this filter uses gravity drip you can go enjoy lunch and this will still be filtering. I timed it and it took 30 mins to fill the dispenser.

Unless completely full, water dispenses very slowly. Would not purchase again.

We bought this item and was very satisfied for about two months . Then it flooded our refrigerator twice due to leaking faucet. Called company, they would not replace product . The lady said she could send us a partial refund which was about half price . She took down all of our info and after about a month of waiting we knew the refund wasn’t coming .
