Bright for sure. I really like mine. I think they run a little bit big but not by much. So far the colors have stood up to the washer. I don't know about shrinkage because I air dry ally tshirts. Light weight I bought one for my husband as well.

Thought it was cotton and it's not.Feels like polyester, fits well and I still like it.

So the pics and most of the description would lead you to believe this is a standard cotton tie dye shirt. NO, this is a thin silk like polyester, pretty much the same style and type that you get from the "Direct from China" Temu vendors who sell it for less than half the price. Bought it for my wife, I'm betting she will hate it and we will most likely be returning it.
