LOVE this gym journal
Love this journal. Everything I wanted.One "error" typo really is in the Progress Tracker page, one side said 1 -5 for items to track, with weeks one through 27. And on the next page, it has items 6-10 to track but it has weeks 28 through 53. Should be items 1-5 weeks 1-27 and the next page should be items 1-5 weeks 28-53. This is so small, but it is my only complaint.Love what you did with the book.

A very practical way to keep track and see how far you've come!
This nice 6"x8" spiral bound fitness journal is perfect for keeping track of your personal fitness growth and journey. You get daily schedule pages where you can enter everything from all your workouts, reps, food intake, the venue the exercise took place. There are also progress tracker pages, goal pages, calendar pages, 6 months of body measurement pages. It's really cool. It will be nice to look back on days where I feel discouraged and see what all I did and how far I came. That's a bit of encouragement for me.I've been using this for about a month and it has held up well. I've had other fitness journals in the past and I like all the different sections in this. Even has a small pocket in the front. Also has a few inspirational quotes included.

Pretty detailed!
This journal is just as pictured. It's very helpful with keeping track of your workouts and measurable goals! I'm not sure how I feel about it being spiral-bound, but it sure is sturdy. My only wish is that it was a bit bigger so it would be easier to write it! Would definitely recommend 9/10!
