These have some of the best padding that I have tried out of any shoe, which makes them super comfortable for walking around and if you are on your feet a lot! I found them to fit true to size, but if you really like a tight find you could go a half size down. I’m a 10 and I’ve tried 9.5s which fit too. You can run with these despite what many say, just be aware that they are heavy so they can sap your energy. Despite their weight and soft flexible top fabric, I have used them for many running sessions at the gym with no problem. By far my favorite everyday shoe that I have tried! I wouldn’t use these for fast sports like basketball.
