I've been feeding my cat this (alternating with another flavor of the same brand) since he was old enough to stop eating kitten food. He's happy and healthy and seems to like the food and tolerate it well, no complaints from the vet. I like that the ingredients are very "clean" and nourishing. I think it's a good price for what it offers. Excellent healthy nutritious option for dry cat food!

I was nervous my cats wouldn’t eat this. But all 3 loved it. As soon as I gave it to them they ate it all. Even the pickiest one ate it.

My cat won't eat anything new. He's been stuck on 2 brands, dry and wet, one flavor each, since he was half a year old. He'd rather starve than eat anything different. He used to at least eat several flavors of each, but now he's down to just 2. He began throwing up his dry with increasing frequency - Blue Wilderness brand. I knew I would need to order new dry, since it is what keeps him happy between morning and evening wet servings. He grazes, and it keeps his stress low to have food available. I expected a long slog of slowly introducing new food as a blend with the old, which he would just eat around, as he has done before - or, go on a hunger strike, which he has also done. Instead, this brand was immediately accepted. He ate to the bottom of the bowl on the first serving. And ingredients-wise, it's as good or better than what he ate before. No more vomiting. Subjectively, he's had more energy and his mood is better. He's more social and initiates play more often. I'm very pleased with this brand - that it appealed immediately to my picky cat was a welcome surprise.

I've been on a mission to get and keep my cats healthy. Apparently, obligate carnivores should eat... Meat. We had converted them to eating wet food, both meat-based and low carb, but... They had been eating wet and dry food their whole lives, and cried for kibble, little hunger strikes and all. I had read that Tiki Cat Born Carnivore was low carb and tried a couple of varieties. I can say they like this Chicken & Egg one the best AND it doesn't reek lol! They get wet food first twice a day (split a small can between the 2) - after the evening meal, I give them some of this kibble, and they're happy! Over a period of around 10-12 months, my little chubbette girl has gone from 16 to 9.5 pounds and the vet is thrilled and approves of the diet. She can breathe better and more playful for sure. My other girl wasn't really overweight, but has leaned out a little. They're both doing great!

My cat is on remission for diabeties and has been now for two years. She is only allowed 8 carbs a day and only eats soft food, however for most of her life she ate kibble and would often try to sneak into my mother's room to eat her brothers food. Kibble btw is one of the leading causes for diabetic cats o.O I recently started her on Tikis soft food and was really impressed. So as not to stress her out I decided to try to find a high quality kibble. This is great. It's super expensive in my opinion for a 2 pound bag but seeing as she's not really allowed it'll last me longer then usual. Friskies and other kibbles always sent her blood levels up seeing as it is mostly carbs, Tiki is 46% protein so higher then most. It's supposed to be the lowest in carbs but higher then what she's still supposed to have. However I notice it doesn't raise her blood levels at all! She's happy, I'm happy. Mind you, I only give her half of 1/3 cup but she loves it. You can even see chicken meat particles in the kibble. Definitely diabetic friendly in super moderation ofcourse.
