Sooooo cool!
This steamer works really well and I personally love the added touch of the LED light on the bad of the device. It gives It a luxury feel and an overall great finish. We've used it a few times not and it heats up very quickly.

I wish it held more water
This steamer is fine if you have one or two items to steam. But I tend to have numerous items that dried overnight on hangers and I would prefer to get them all done at once. If I am really fast and the item has minor wrinkles and is a light fabric, I can get 3 items out of 4. I'm on a roll and then I have to stop and refill. My old tiny steamer could steam more items. The antistatic doesn't work in NY, I still have static. Overall, this works as intended and the cord is long, I appreciate that very much as the outlet is far away from where I can hang the clothes.

Remarkable Amount of Steam = Quick Tasks!
The Bartinelli Pro Luxury Steamer is incredible! I've purchased various steamers throughout the years...professional, personal, travel, etc. Some of the most expensive were not worth it. I've found that some of the small, basic steamers have been the absolute best. This steamer was a great find! The water reservoir, located at the bottom of the steamer, holds a fairly decent amount of water and the design and location are very nice in comparison to others I've had.The generously sized reservoir uses a screw in "dial" type closure and the steamer sits on top of the reservoir. It's very easy to assemble and disassemble the steamer parts.Set the steamer on top of the reservoir, turn the steamer or the reservoir 1/4 turn, listen for a click, and that's all there is to it!The power button is located at the top rear part of the steamer and illuminates green when engaged. A "steam" function button is located on the top front part of the steamer. One press is all it takes to engage the steam function. You'll hear a quiet motor type sound for about 5 seconds and voila! Steam! Two steam tool attachments are provided. This little gem heats up rather quickly and delivers an extraordinary amount of steam! It seems to just keep going. I first used it to steam a freshly laundered tablecloth. 1 reservoir fill up, five minutes. That was all.My 2nd steaming project was a tulle skirt for team building dress up day: decades. I steamed a flattened tulle skirt (mail package) and this little steamer quickly fluffed the skirt right up! The tulle was many layers and I filled the reservoir3 times. The power cord is thick, durable, and long enough! For a change, a manufacturer gets it!! The cord is long!My only not so positive remark is that the steamer is a bit heavy. Given the size, design, amount of steam expressed, and ability to finish any given task quickly, this should not be a deal breaker! It is easily able to be held by the dominant hand for a fair period of time. I highly recommend it!

I wanted to do 5 stars...
I purchased this 8 months ago and it was working fabulously.. I thought it was the best steamer I have had, because I prefer to steam my clothes as opposed to ironing. The last steamer I had leaked out and burned you so you had to be careful, I did not have to worry about that from this one. All the features were great, except I was expecting it to have lasted far longer than 8 months... my last one lasted at LEAST 8 YEARS. I know this has a 1 year warranty, but I tried finding the company's contact info and it is saying the website no longer exists... great! I hope the company sees this review and is able to reach out to me.

Perfect for home or travel
Anyone who does not have a steamer and has to wear adult professional clothing will instantly realize that there was a huge void in their life the minute they use one. I originally planned just to use this one for travel but I use it even more at home despite the fact that we have a non portable unit at home. This unit puts out a long strong blast of steam to get the job done.

Nice steamer with one Big caveat
A nice "sort of" small clothes steamer. Not super light, it weighs about 25 ounces without water. The water tank has a 1 cup (8 oz) capacity. It is approx 8.5" high by 5" wide. Has a very heavy power cord with a 2 prong (non-grounded) plug. I expected a high wattage unit like this to have a 3 prong grounded plug. I timed it and almost exactly 25 seconds after turning it on, it is ready to go, generating generous amounts of non-stop steam (as long as the trigger is held down). It pulls 1600 watts to get this performance so you won't want to plug this into the same circuit as a large high wattage hair dryer.A couple of things to be aware of, the water tank fill opening has an internal raise ridge inside the tank so it is impossible to pour out all left over water. You can shake it and get most out, but some will always remain. Next, while the handle portion remains cool to the touch, the top of the unit gets Very hot and it Stays very hot for quite awhile after unplugging it. Use with caution around children, i.e., don't just unplug it and leave it sitting out if you have children around! Lastly, and this is a BIG issue for me (and why I took off two stars): You press the power button on the back of the unit to turn it on, a green light flashes, and when it is ready, it is a steady green light. The manual does not mention this so I do not know if this is normal but, when you are finished and press the power button, the green light is a solid on and the power STAYS ON. You Have to unplug it to fully turn it off.l Not too big a deal if you are aware of this but if you just pressed the button to turn it off and did not notice that it was still on, this could be a major safety issue.

Handy dandy
I have been using this in our walk in closet. I can see how it would be useful for travel as well. You can hold it in your hand to steam out wrinkles but also it is heavy enough that you can set it on a solid surface and hold your article of clothing close to the steam nozzle. You don’t have to hold down the trigger for the steam to come out. The water chamber holds plenty of water. Way more than our steam iron.
