It's neat, but the resistance bands are pretty loose
LIKED:I've always wanted to try Pilates but I didn't want to go to an actual class and spend the money for it. So, I bought this bar. So it's nice to have it because you can do this within the privacy of your home especially if you are the type of person who doesn't like to go do this stuff in public. Or any exercise in public. It was really easy to put together and I think for the price it was pretty decent.DISLIKED:However, the resistance bands are pretty soft. What I mean by that is that there's not enough resistance when you use the bands.Now, I've never done Pilates before so I don't know if the bands or cables that they have on their machines are like this. Maybe someone else can answer that question. And it feels like they could snap if I did something the wrong way as someone doing Pilates for the first time.SUMMARY:Easy to assemble, good price, resistance bands feel pretty weak and they could offer different durability options for the resistant bands.

Portable Pilates stretching bar
Overall good quality for the price I like how it has both for hands and also for legs it also has different weights on how easy or hard you would like the stretching it’s durable. I’m very happy with that. It hasn’t given me any issues so far and I love the little bag that I can put it away in definitely comes in handy.

Really long bands
I’m 5’6 3/4 and the bands were still pretty long with me. Kinda made it difficult to get a good resistance on them. It was tricky but I had rolled the band around the bar a certain way to get resistance but it often would unravel because of the ends having a “swivel” mechanism

Value for money
I recently reviewed this product and misspoke about it. I was wrong on the weight of the bands. They are 20lbs and 30lbs. I tried the 20lb again and it was easier than I said. So I give this at least 4 star's and will use it. Sorry for the wrong info.
