Not a good buy
I needed something solid and that greates easily. This one does not work at all. Maybe really soft cheese. Very badly made.

Solid metal grator with 4 drums.
This grator is made from stainless steel which is much better than the plastic type.Buy the grator with different drums as above beware some products only have one drum for cheese. I use this product everyday and it does a first glass job.I highly recommend this product.

Disappointing
I was hoping to replace a mouli grater for the equivalent in stainless steel. This one is far from good…there is too much space between the cover and the grater, meaning you end up with lumps of cheese falling through the gap.
