This is such a terrific product! I reviewed so many of similar pet water fountains, and ended up with this as it had very good reviews. I totally concur. I got it pre-assembled, so that was a big plus for me as I can get clumsy with things like these. It was so very easy to follow the instructions that came with it too. I love that it has 2 modes of dispensing the water--a spout that is SUPER quiet (no sound at all), and if you don't attach it, it's like a gentle "babbling brook". The lighted window clearly shows you the level of water. You really need to ensure that the well never runs dry and always has water, or it can do funny things to the pump. Good thing is when regular water action from the spout does something weird, you can right away see its because the well is running low on water. Filling it is super easy coz I just pour water on the top, and I don't even have to remove the lid, and you can easily see from the window on the side if you have filled the well enough. The appearance of the whole thing is really clean and beautiful too! The stainless steel is heavy enough that it can't get dented from possible hits--another reason I didn't choose other similar pet fountains because users say the stainless steel is flimsy. My Great Dane/Lab was very apprehensive at first, and approached this "mysterious thing" with suspicion, but since I removed her regular water bowl, she had no other source of water to lick from, so she was forced to start licking from here---cautiously at first. Then when she realized it's just water, oh my ! She just loves it now! And she drinks more frequently now. For some reason too, I feel there is less water splatter with her licking from here. Despite her size, I think this small 108 oz water fountain is perfect so it doesn't take up too much floor space. Since filling it with water is a breeze, the appeal of "2 weeks to refill with water" is not important. I just received this on 2/13, so today, I will change the filter since it says to change every 1-2 weeks. I have not cleaned the pump yet, so when I do, I will come back and review it again. But so far, for these 10 days of use---IT'S PERFECT---and knowing my doggie has clean water always is all that matters! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT!

I loved this water fountain. After researching for a long time, I’m very happy to have purchased Neareal. It’s really easy to set it up and I love how quiet it is (I have a very scaredy cat who hates loud noises). The water flow is great. It is also super easy to clean up and I love that is stainless steel.

I had high hopes for this fountain and it didn't disappoint!! The old one still runs very well but I wanted to change the water flow to a gooseneck or sink faucet type fountain. It is sooo silent. The only time I hear any water is if I take off the gooseneck and let the water bubble which is a pleasant sound. I think the diva prefers the spout. It was super easy to assemble. I like the way the motor and filter are attached to the top lid. More convenient, less messy. The water window is large enough to see water level easily. Despite holding 109 oz of water this fountain has a relatively small footprint. The only thing this lacks is a blinking light which indicates low water level. which my other fountain had. Otherwise, it's a perfect fountain for your pet. I highly recommend!!

Very nice water fountain that works as expected and my kitty adapted to quickly. It's quiet and easy to fill. However, the many small pieces to manage and ongoing (once a week or two) cleaning requirements make it a bit complex to use and upkeep. Still, the seller was quick to respond when I needed help to that a big A+!

I previously purchased a self filling bowl, that sucked to say the least. They got a poor review. Picked this product instead after to try and so far, excellent choice. Took my critters a couple days to get used to it, but now they drink more and are better hydrated, seem to really love the fresh, flowing water. I did get the option with extra filters as well so hopefully they last long. The unit is easy to assemble and replace filters, it is very quiet. So much so that I have to actually look to see if its working, lol. The unit is the perfect level for my pets to reach so its very pet friendly.

My almost 15 year old cats have never been big water drinkers but with the boy's new diagnosis of kidney disease, I knew I needed to really try to push the issue for him. He took to this fountain almost immediately! I did have to try a couple spots until I put it in the middle of the hallway so he passes is frequently and will usually stop for a drink. I haven't gotten his retested bloodwork but they both are definitely drinking more water than ever before! I love that this fountain has the faucet part & the reservoir window so I can easily tell when more water needs to be added. It generally is quiet until the water level gets lower and it sounds a bit more gurgly. It is quick to assemble and easy to clean. Well worth the cost!

Much better than I expected. Although I just received it, the instructions are clear and precise, and the cleaning process seems easy. The noise is minimal to none, but personally, I love the faint water flowing in the background. I got this for my senior cat, who has been having some issues related to his thyroid as well as urinary & digestive tract. I bought this to encourage drinking, and he loves it thus far. My cat means the world to me, so I am very satisfied with the results. It fits perfectly in my kitchen for him. Thank you to the small business owners, who also love their animals.

I've now had this fountain for approximately 6 months, and I've been on a weekly cleaning schedule for all of the parts, soaking my cleaning brushes in cleaning vinegar between fountain cleanings to sanitize them. Overall, I like the capacity of the fountain, and my cats liked the bubble effect that happens when you don't use the drinking spout. Filter replacement is easy, its stable when filled because it holds a lot of water, and I had no problems with spills or rust like some of the other reviewers had. It's not as noisy as some other fountains, especially with the bubbler instead of the spout. That being said, I hate how annoying it is to clean the plastic grating on the water pump and how impossible it is to clean several of the other parts. Despite a regular cleaning schedule using both a clean toothbrush and the included mini brush to get into all of the crevices shown in the cleaning video, two of these parts now have mold growth in unreachable areas and will cost almost the same amount as the fountain itself to replace. In the first photo, I've taken apart the whole thing to show you the large variety of parts that you'll look forward to cleaning if you buy this (not pictured: 2 plastic pieces and 2 screws that you're supposed to take out of the lid, but I don't bother and I explain why below). Technically the hook shaped water spout could go in the dishwasher, but I would still recommend using a straw brush to clean the inside of it, because I truly don't think that the water from a dishwasher would ever go inside of it to properly clean it (other 1-star reviewers confirm this suspicion). In the second photo, I show one of the most annoying design choices I've ever seen in a cat fountain. Two plastic pieces attached to the lid with two tiny phillips head screws. Technically, the plastic pieces are NOT dishwasher safe. But who wants to get out a screwdriver (and keep track of two tiny screws) every time they clean the cat fountain? Not me. So I've been putting the lid through the dishwasher as-is with those plastic parts intact. Thankfully the parts have not melted or distorted during their many vacations on the top rack, but your mileage may vary. That was annoyance #1 before I ever even set up this fountain. In the third and fourth photos, I show a specific part of the water pump where the cord meets plastic casing. Mold is clearly visible underneath the plastic casing. Unfortunately, this piece of plastic is NOT removeable to clean underneath, and therefore is not shown on the official cleaning video. But don't worry, because Neareal will happily allow you to buy a new water pump for $15.99 (which will eventually have the exact same problem because this is a design issue instead of user error). In the fifth and sixth photos, I show the top and bottom of the part that holds the spout and also connects to the pump. Truly this piece looks like it should come apart, and I've tried prying it apart with two screwdrivers in the little tabs on the side and was unsuccessful. I've also tried pushing it up through the bottom, with no luck. Unfortunately, mold is growing inside of it, and unless I can take it apart (which btw was also not shown in the official cleaning video, likely because it's incredibly difficult to take apart, if not impossible) this piece will also not be safe to continue using. But don't worry because Neareal will also sell you that part for $9.99 (which also will likely have the same problem because this is a design issue instead of user error). For me to get these two parts shipped to my home, it would cost $30.88. For reference, the fountain itself was a grand total of $33.24 when it was purchased on Dec 18, 2025. Anyone else tired of everything in our lives being a subscription based upon planned obsolescence ? Yeah, me too. The poor design of these parts seems very intentional so that you will be required to regularly replace instead of having the ability to thoroughly clean them yourself. No matter how good of a job you think you are doing with cleaning, it won't matter because the design itself harbors mold over time.

It’s a little higher than our previous fountain and I think she likes that. She took right to it. It’s quiet and easy to clean. Because it’s stainless steel and no light exposure there’s no constantly checking for any green forming in the reservoir edges. Very easy to change filters as well.

Not the most expensive filter out there, but not the cheapest one either. Neither of my cats really like the fountain (I gave it 3 weeks and only one of them barely drinks from it). The pump is relatively quiet but not “quieter than a whisper” as advertised (I can hear it from the next room over). I make sure to keep the water level full and clean the fountain regularly with a non-scratch sponge. However there are scratches in the stainless steel already! This promotes bacteria to sit in the scratches, as well as this fountain builds water scale quickly. Not satisfied with the $50+ I spent on this purchase. Both of my cats much prefer their still water bowls
